EZY-GLIDE PRODUCT WARRANTY

For All Ezy-Glide Steering Products & Accessories

Ezy-Glide, Inc. warrants these products for one year from purchase date
(three year warranty for all Ezy-Glide hydraulic systems) against defective material or workmanship (abuse, accident, improper use, or use outside of specifications not included). Tampering and/or redesign for various reasons, including purpose to install cable not designed or tested for use in these steering systems, will also void this warranty. Ezy-Glide, Inc. will at its option repair or replace items found defective within warranty period, provided:

  • The product shipped prepaid;

  • Inspection by Ezy-Glide, Inc. determined that the product is defective, without evidence of abuse, improper use, or accident.

No warranty applies to a product’s fitness for specific application.  It will be so stated when a product is generally suited for an application.  However, since we control neither specific applications nor specific use, we warranty nothing beyond specifications per print.

Ezy-Glide, Inc. products meet or exceed NMMA/ABYC/BIA standards.

 

EZY-GLIDE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Ezy-Glide, Inc. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

Ezy-Glide accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must meet the following requirements:

  • Product must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition

  • All components, hardware, and original packaging must be included

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Before returning any product for refund or exchange, you must contact us to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA):

Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed.

Once the product is received and inspected by Ezy-Glide and determined to be in new and unused condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of installation, wear, or modification

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing components

Restocking Fee

Ezy-Glide reserves the right to apply a restocking fee (up to 15%) on returns that are not in perfect resale condition or require reconditioning or repackaging.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all packaging materials.

  2. Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  3. Email photos of the damage to info@ezyglide.com.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.

Defective Product Claims

If you believe your product may be defective, please refer to our Warranty Policy above and contact us directly by phone or email for return instructions and evaluation.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns. New items will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.
